Salesforce Marketing Cloud Trainer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Trainer/Tutor to deliver high-quality online training to individuals and professionals looking to advance their marketing automation skills. This part-time remote role is perfect for certified SFMC experts with a strong foundation in Email Studio, Journey Builder, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging online training sessions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud concepts and tools.
Deliver structured lessons covering Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, and more.
Customize training based on learner levels (beginner to advanced).
Assist learners in preparing for Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
Provide personalized tutoring and support for live projects or real-world use cases.
Develop and update training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
Stay current with Salesforce product updates and marketing automation trends.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong expertise in SFMC tools: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification (required); Consultant certification is a plus.
Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with virtual classroom platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and data extensions.
Knowledge of audience segmentation, campaign automation, and A/B testing.
Corporate training experience or curriculum development background is a bonus.
