Job DescriptionSenior Marketing Lifecycle Specialist Position OverviewOur client is looking for a Senior Marketing Lifecycle Specialist to join their team on a one year contract, fully remote. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker who can elevate lifecycle marketing programs through datadriven insights and compelling storytelling. This role is not about building complex modelsit's about leveraging analytics to inform campaign strategy, uncover customer insights, and translate findings into impactful retention initiatives. The Senior Marketing Lifecycle Specialist will lead the charge in planning and optimizing a broadscale monthly newsletter, driving program awareness, and partnering across teams and agencies to deliver campaigns that resonate with customers and merchant partners alike. Key Responsibilities * Drive the creative and strategic direction of the monthly customer newsletter, including planning, content development, and editorial calendar management. * Develop lifecycle marketing strategies focused on retention, incentives, and customer engagement, ensuring program awareness across customer journeys and merchant experiences. * Audit previous campaigns and lifecycle initiatives to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Leverage customer insights and analytics to inform campaign strategies, content ideas, and A/B testing plans. * Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights. - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns, manage timelines, and maintain quality standards. * Partner with merchant and brand teams to support comarketing initiatives and elevate program visibility. - Oversee agency relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and optimization of deliverables. * Establish project and process management practices to streamline workflows and scale lifecycle programs effectively.Qualifications * Background in financial services or consumer brands preferred; experience with companies like DoorDash, Uber, Sephora is a plus. * 5+ years of experience in ifecycle marketing with a focus on retention, customer engagement, and incentivedriven programs. * Proficiency with CRM/ESP platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and experimentation platforms. * Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools. * Agency management experience, including setting direction and reviewing deliverables. * Ability to review customer data, identify problems and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable strategies. * Familiarity with PPC advertising and email marketing best practices. * Expertise in customer insights, feedback analysis, and applying a customerfirst mindset to marketing strategies. * Handson experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and interpreting performance data. * Experience with Braze, Adobe, or other enterprise-scale consumer marketing automation platforms and/or CDPs preferred.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
